The @hustle had a blurb in their newsletter this morning: “Yikes: On average, ~1.6k tech workers have been laid off every day of 2023”

That is 1.6 workers PER DAY so far in 2023 and that is only in the tech sector

This is not a scare tactic but it is reality

Many folks are nervous about going solo but there has never been a better time

If someone is paying you a salary (or was in the case of the 25k tech workers) then you have the experience and skills to go solo and take control of your future

There are many mid-market & small market companies that growing that are starving for your skill set.
