Is Fractional the Workforce of the Future?

Jan 31, 2023

“50% of the workforce will be made up of fractional workers”

John Arms casually mentioned that on my podcast the other day

He is wrong

It will be higher, especially when you factor in all of the solo businesses or expert-based business owners in addition to the fractional workforce

The working world is quickly moving to more of an ecosystem where we are all solo-business owners that can plug in and work with multiple companies (if we choose).

Small and mid-size companies are already embracing this type of model. They are hungry for the leadership and skill sets but are not big enough, can’t afford or would prefer to not have employees

Do you know who will struggle with this model?

Large, legacy B2B organizations. The same ones that are laying off thousands of employees. They were not built to take advantage of this new model

The future is here and you can own it

I can guarantee you that there is someone with less experience and knowledge that is doing this today

What are you waiting for?
